Earthquake occurred Alum Rock 5.6
 
In the future old business will be initiated for finalization
 
Treasure: It was decided that plan A will be enacted, all $20,00.00 to a CD.
Reimbursement process to be discussed with Bill or tabled 
Teacher Dana tabled, suggestion to have a special meeting just for this topic, board and teachers.
 
Facilities manager: no issues
 
Team design: Ann or Carol will give Gee a "support" call for following through on commitments
 
Programs: Holiday Potluck will be 12/6/07. 
Process for becoming a teacher will be clarified in the newsletter.
Weekend of visioning is pending, counsel training, spouses will be invited.
Dharma rocks are on hold
 
Publicity: We will approach people directly requesting help before advertising. Fliers need to be distributed all concerns about fliers/newsletters should be directed to Carla.
Carol or Ann or volunteer will make more when fliers run out.
Newsletter is close to publishing
 
Volunteer coordinator: We will send a letter of thanks to volunteers from the board and teachers
Ann, Carol, Val, and Mary Lou will plan an honor to volunteers and present it to the board
 
Name Tags: We do them or we don't. We agreed to do them.
 
Etiquette guidelines are to be developed by the teachers.
