Treasure, D& O was paid. We still need a bookkeeper. The rent check will be on time now.

Facilities, We have 5 more people for cleaning. Jason mentioned that there are some Dharma Punx who want to clean. There is a need for long handle dusters. Board members will set an example by hand brushing their zabutons and fluffing their zafus after sitting. We need a vacuum cleaner, miele was suggested from Santa Cruz vacuum for its superior suction.

Team Design: Shades are in the office kudos to Kirstan. There is a search for a bench. There is a suggestion for monthly calendar postings in the entry. There will be a side board where the Dana baskets exist. The prayer flags are to be retired or sent to Marjorie.

Programs: Dharma talks are on line. New sittings, noon Monday, 12:15 Friday, and 9:30 Sunday, 3rd Sunday will be a half day, and 4th Sunday the refuges will be taken after the sit. Sr. students will lead the sits, there will be no talk.
Householder retreat on anger will start 2nd week of November.
Mary Lou spoke to LM, silence will be respected, we will have the whole facility, with any empty rooms at 1/2 price. We will not have the yurt. If the Lama wants room that will need to be accomodated, and we will be notified in advance. There will be no price increase. The board agreed to give 1,000 dollar deposit.

Volunteer coordinator: Jason to be interim assistant to coordinator. Kitty Stein is the tea captain. The lay sit leaders will be their own openers/closers.

Publicity: Satyam, Carla to collaborate and produce fliers. Martin will be the back up. Release date for news letter is mid November, deadline for articles is 10/8/07. Team design will have a monthly posting.

Additional: We will have a 10 minute end of service to talk to newcomers (and regulars).
There was a board collection for Cathy and Richard for their baby.
Alice resigned as VP and Dan was elected as VP and will be notified.
We will initiate the consent calendar starting 10/30 meeting, team coordinators will send items to Ann Z before hand.
