A reclining Bhudda was given to Bruce and Jill for their service.
The minutes of June and July were approved.
Bill presented the treasures report.
  the scholarship will be taken out of the operating account.
  expect rent to increase.
  Bill will close the old accounts
  D&O ins is out for bid, please give extra donationas one can afford.
  1099's are taken care of
  Ann Z to be added as signator
  Stipend of 3,000.00 will be given to the teachers group. This was a conscensus.
Volunteer Committee:
  Vals job description and coordination of sangha and who is doing what will be defined.
Compassionate Friends will need to be developed
Tea Team is in need of more volunteers
Lease update, Judy Cohen and Michael Turniky (1010 attny) are taking issues under consideration
We will not have the proposed memorial at the center.
We need to set up more cushions and chairs before the sits. Especially on Thurs. eve.
Design committee: Gee estimate fo the blind is 352.00 from 3 day blinds. Expense request to be submitted.
Altar in cherry wood 1400-1800 from Tom Wagner there will be a 3rd basket for offerings to altar
LMB Mary Lou and Eric to meet, agreement to talk to LMB staff about silence, we will have all rooms for silence. yurt not 
  available for teachers.
  If lama is in town other people will be there
  Gompa will be in next years contract
  there is expected to be a tent in the meadow
